Service Description
Ancient Lakes Landscaping ("we," "us," or "our") provides soil-first lawn care services in the Columbia Basin area, including Moses Lake, Quincy, and Ephrata, Washington. Our services include yard evaluations, soil testing and correction, lawn care plans, and professional landscaping services.
By using our website or engaging our services, you ("you" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Agreements
All services are provided based on a written service agreement or evaluation report. The scope, timeline, and pricing of work will be outlined before any services begin. By accepting a service proposal, you authorize us to perform the described work on your property.
- Service plans are tailored to your property's specific soil and lawn conditions
- Results may vary based on weather, soil conditions, and adherence to care recommendations
- We reserve the right to adjust service recommendations based on site conditions discovered during work
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. General payment policies include:
- Yard evaluations are offered at no cost with no obligation
- Service plan payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your agreement
- We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer
- Late payments may be subject to a service hold until the balance is resolved
- All prices are quoted in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cooperative Assistance plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
- Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on work completed
- Scheduled appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
- Materials already purchased or applied to your property are non-refundable
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ancient Lakes Landscaping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Lawn care results are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including weather, water availability, soil conditions, and client maintenance practices.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Grant County, Washington.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
